What is Omniqlo?

Omniqlo is marketplace operations software made by ZaadCore. It takes stock and prices from your ERP, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle, and publishes them to Amazon UAE, noon, Talabat Mart, Shopify or any other marketplace or web store on a schedule. It checks every price against guardrails first, and writes each order back to the ERP as a sales order.

Every channel.
One stock record.

Wherever it sells, Omniqlo knows — and every other channel updates from the same ERP number.

  1. Ingest

Pull stock from the ERP, on a schedule.

Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or a custom API — on a schedule, logged run by run.

  2. Map

One item master. Every channel’s own codes.

Map POS codes once to each marketplace’s codes. Every channel feeds from one record.

  3. Guard

Bad prices stop here, not on Amazon.

Margin, price-movement, approval and VAT rules run before anything goes live.

  4. Publish

Offers, stock and promotions — out to every channel.

Amazon, noon, Talabat, Shopify and any store — over API or SFTP.

  5. Write back

Every order lands in the ERP as a sales order.

Each order becomes an ERP sales order. Status syncs both ways.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Who makes Omniqlo?

Omniqlo is built, implemented and supported by ZaadCore (ZAADCORE FZC LLC), a UAE software company operating from Dubai. ZaadCore also makes the ZAAD Platform — ZaadWorks, ZaadBooks, ZaadCRM and ZaadSlot.

Which ERP does Omniqlo connect to?

Any ERP. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP and Oracle are supported, and any other system connects through the connector studio over REST, SFTP or file exports — catalogue and on-hand in, sales orders and their status back out. SharePoint pickup of a daily stock workbook is also supported.

Which sales channels are supported?

Amazon UAE and noon over their marketplace APIs, Talabat Mart via store files over SFTP, and Shopify for storefront listings and orders. Other marketplaces and web stores connect the same way, through their API or a scheduled file feed.

What stops a bad price reaching a marketplace?

A rules engine evaluated in priority order before anything publishes — minimum margin, maximum price movement, dual approval above $1,362 and UAE 5% VAT validation. Items that fail are held back and counted.

Do marketplace orders reach our ERP?

Yes — each captured order is created as a sales order in your ERP against the correct store, and fulfilment and cancellation status is kept in step both ways.
